Pascal Eichenberger
Engineer & CEO of Elitebrain.ai
A graduate engineer from EPFL and a business leader, Pascal Eichenberger has a career deeply rooted in technological innovation. Currently at the helm of Elitebrain, he leads this company specializing in solving complex problems and integrating emerging technologies. Convinced that technology plays a major transformative role in society and the economy, Pascal is fully committed to its development and application while also valuing human potential. As vice-president of the Manufacture Thinking think tank, he is actively involved in the strategic discussions of this collective dedicated to stimulating Swiss industry. "AI agents will profoundly revolutionize the engineering profession. We've gone from pen to mouse; let's prepare to collaborate with AI agents because they are the pen of tomorrow and will reinvent the factory as much as the drawing board."
With over 10 years of experience as CEO of various software companies in the service sector, Pascal has orchestrated significant transformations to facilitate the transition to digitalization and elevate these businesses to the next level. His leadership proved crucial when he courageously and agilely managed a major cyberattack, highlighting the importance of robust cybersecurity for SMEs in a digital world. "Our dependence on digital technology is growing. A company's survival depends on being prepared to manage cyber incidents. This type of event will soon be as common as the arrival or departure of an employee. Let's prepare."
At the beginning of his career, Pascal Eichenberger worked for eight years at Logitech, where he initially leveraged his engineering skills in the R&D department, actively participating in the design and production of global products, notably between San Francisco and Taiwan. It was during this time that he founded and led the Logitech EPFL incubator. These experiences allowed him to navigate effectively between technological, academic, and industrial environments, learning to identify what needs to be reinvented and what should remain unchanged—a deliberate and pragmatic approach to innovation. Complementing his engineering expertise, Pascal furthered his training with a Mastering Technology Enterprise program at IMD, deepening his understanding of business and financial dynamics—a true catalyst for his subsequent transition to corporate leadership positions.
